Permissions

To request mechanical licenses, performance permission, synchronization license, or any other permission for pieces published by Chalice & Flame Music:

Please send a fax or letter on your organization’s letterhead stating:

1. What permission you are requesting
2. What piece or pieces of music are involved (title, composer, arranger, and catalog number)
3. How many copies or performances
4. Dates of performances or anticipated release of CDs or other recordings.
